How can i increase download speeds for xbox live ?

I want to download demos but it takes forever. im using a bell 2WIRE modem.

Best solution is to go to system settings, there is an option which you can select to enable your xbox to d/l your selection of games / demos / video while it is shut off.

The xbox will continue to d/l your selections in off mode, you will here a little buzz noise it makes.  So make your selections before you head off to bed, by the time you wake up in the morning everything is done!!
