How can i increase my cup and behind size in a short amount of time?

i am trying to increase the size of two things

- my bust size

- my backside

if someone could please list some discriptive workout moves that could help me, I would greatly appreciate it! thanks!

  1. I would think that to increase your butt size try doing squats, leg press and lunges.  For your bust, try doing any type of bench press or push ups as this will increase the size of the muscle underneath your breast tissue.  Good luck.
