I'm 15 and still 6.0ft tall.

  1. First of all there is nothing you can do to make yourself taller, short of wearing taller shoes. However with you being 15 you should continue to get taller until you're about 20, because your bones are still continuing to grow. So don't worry you have plenty of time to get taller the natural and normal way. It's all about patience. Good luck!

    Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health.   4. Wear platform shoes. Really you cant do anything physical to increase your height...sounds like you are plenty tall to me.

  5. Jump up and down 100 times a day. It'll increase your height and make you 3 inches taller, trust me it works.  

  6. i am 15 and 6ft i want to be a lot taller but i think it helps if you eat right and exerciseoccasionaly try and do 30 mins to an hour a day. my dad told me i would get a bit taller by losing weight, see thinner people grow more and are taller than the average obese person and look at the tallest men in the world they are thin.

    Lie down on a bed that has bed posts(with your clothes on for heaven's sake). Put bungee cords on your hands and feet and attach the other ends of the bungee cords to all four bed posts. In about a week you should be at least an inch taller...

  9. I'm 15 and 5'7 and I wanna be a model when I grow up. You are so lucky you have the height, seriously.

    Height is from genes so whatever your parent's height are, you should be around that. Exercising/eating right has an impact
