i started doing the melbourne shuffle not to long ago.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPaMdxC6CQI&feature=relatedits a real high energy dance works mainly your mid-lower body, but boy does it drain me of breath and energy quickly. like i may be able to go for a minute or so and be sooo tired after lol.. take a break and go again. i picked it up because i thought it would be a fun addition to my exercise routine and it is lol.. but i just run out of breath to quickly for my liking. any idea for how i can increase my stamina and maybe go non stop for maybe the length of an entire song? lol.. or is the only way to just keep at it?
