boxer shorts in stead of briefs and sitting with your "area" in a colder zone helps it to.  try ice packs for about an hour before you want to have a peak count.

Ask your doctor. Obviously if you have had your sperm counted, you had to have a lab test ordered by a doctor and if it was low, he should tell you if there are any ways to increase the sperm count.

If you have not had a laboratory sperm count, you don't have a clue as to whether you have a low count or not. Can only be tested in a lab.
