  3. You could increase cardiovascular health through exercise. Bigger b***s are another matter entirely. If you want to increase your bust without expanding your waistline, you may need to call a very good plastic surgeon.

  4. I'm not sure if i'm really getting your question. But i think you're asking how to be more healthy and increase your chest size?

    Well, exercise and drink lots of water. Don't skip meals, it made me gain weight when i was trying to lose a pound or so that way. Eat lots of fruit and vegatables, it's working out great for me! I've been dieting and exercising 30 minutes a night for about a week and i've lost 3 inches of my waistline! And for bigger chest size, there's not much,but push-ups, and push-up bras. Haha.

    Edit: Sorry if you're a guy about the bra thing. Just work out if you're a guy! Haha

  8. Work out in gyms regularly to build stronger chests. I think men with muscular chest look great, as it shows that they are affectionate, protective, dependable, caring, with a big heart for his love ones.

  16. well exerssizing might just make your shoulders brodder and your chest faltter. then you look like a guy but just let nature take its course and you can get push up bras, or water bras, but then dont leth anyone see you in your swimsuit or something cuz then they will see what you really look like so just be carefull! hope i helped
