  1. Us the Split cage

    more info her http://www.gerbilbreeding.com/index.htm

in most case a old gerbil is easy than a young one (old is 2 years old)

at about 6 mounts to a year is the hardest time

  2. When introducing gerbils to one another, the split cage method should always be used. Here's a good site on it:

Please keep in mind that older gerbils may not take to a new companion too easily. You can keep the split in longer to give them more time to get used to each other. A slow, careful introduction is always recommended.

  3. Put them in one cage, but separate them with something that they can't chew through, leave em like that for a few days, and soon they'll become accustomed to each others smell.

Usually, they'll fight because one of them has to defend their territory. If you move both to a new cage, then they won't have a territory to defend, and they won't fight.

    Hope I helped

    Good Luck!
