Firstly, you need to have excellent spelling and grammar skills. If your post here is any indication of what your resume or applications look like, then you are in a lot of trouble.

You apparently have taken some classes in mass communication. Maybe you have a degree. Only you know for sure, since your post here is so cryptic. A key in mass communication is knowing how to not be cryptic in the messages you send. If you can't communicate about yourself, how can you communicate about an NGO or social sector organization?

Social sector jobs are advertised in your local newspaper, on the web for your particular city or country, even http://www.craigs.list

You can also look in the phone book for a list of NGOs in your area.

However, unless your communications skills improve drastically, I don't think you are going to get hired soon.
