How can i join the Redbull soccer team. And how?

Well i'm assuming you're probably not super young, but I would recommend trying out for their youth clubs, but it's much harder to make as the older you get (like comparing making a U10 to a U16 team), but just go to an open practice (most clubs have these in the summer especially) and get in contact with the coach for the youth level you would be at about trying out. If you're really good then they will keep you with the club and possibly make it up to the professional level :]
