How can i join the french foreign legion , if i live in kenya and havent money to spend visa to france ?

iam somali live in kenya and i decided to join the french foreign legion but the prob is they said you have to go france and enlist there so i cant and havent any money to spend visa to france so what can i do ?

I read a book on this once (don't remember the name).  You MUST appear in person at a Foreign Legion recruiting office IN France.  You must get there on your own and this means that you must purchase a plane ticket and pay for your own visa.

Now, IF you are accepted into the Legion, then any crimes you've committed (such as PERHAPS, entering France illegally) are, essentially, washed away as you'll take a new identity.

Tthere's no other way. You can only enlist in mainland France as said on their site (free board, lodging and clothing are immediately provided). They will not pay for your trip or help you get a visa.

they may refuse you at the legion(medical or others),why would you like they pay you just to try ?
