How can i join the world youth day 2009 and wyd 2011 in Spain?

Question

i havnt been to any WYD, i have my sole chance in the Jubilee WYD in Rome but my diocese did not permit me to go because i am underage by that time. i want to go to WYD 2 (some one told me it will be held in rome) and i want to go to MAdrid by 2011 WYD. HOW??? what are the sites and the web add of diff. organizations, local or international accomodating pilgrims to WYD? please help me. God bless!!
