  1. Hi there

i know sometimes its hard to relax but the best is to get some oil burners and put a lavender in the oil burner in the barthroom and play some relaxation music to a nice warm bath

or you could try going for a walk and use a music player while you walk

or find something you enjoy and take time out for that

    best of luck

  2. My sister is 22yrs old and has the same problem as you. And you know what the only thing you can do is tell yourself its ok to throw up. Throwing up is actually a good thing. I makes your stomach feel better and it won't kill you. Don't be afraid of it just go with it. working yourself up will only make it worst. Seriously try to convince yourself its a normal part of life and if it happens it happens. Thats all I can really say. P.S as for the pain its probally because your so worked up and nervous its tensing you up...if the pain is in your stomach.

  3. Watch anime... Or if you're not into it I guess.... I dunno, I like anime.

If it hurts when you laugh, I guess just lay back and have your parents serve you. ^~^

  4. Meditation is good for that: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/meditat...

Do a web search on "stress reduction" and you find lots more stuff.
