  1. Stay inside where there is AC

  2. A really big fan loose cotton clothes and lots of water xxxxxxxx

  3. HIDE IN A CLOSET WITH A FAN! You may find Narnia ;););)

  4. Sit in a hot tub, go swimming or just fan yourself 24/7? lol x

  5. Wear a raincoat if you're in the UK

  6. I sympathise because it's soooo..... hot here and I hate it. First the obvious tips, light, pale coloured, cotton clothing. Hat out in the sun or a light coloured umbrella to use as a parasol. Open toed shoes outdoors. Lots and lots of water, but not icy, it's not good. Don't forget to eat some salty foods to prevent becoming dehydrated. Sweating makes you lose salt and necessary minerals. Indoors - run cold water in the bath and go and sit it in for a few minutes every time you feel overheated. Keep your head cool by soaking it, this is guaranteed to work. When you are outdoors, put a very wet towelling cloth under your hat, it will evaporate really slowly and keep your body temperature down. When sitting or lying on the sofa, put a damp towel under you, it helps. You can even put another one over you, the idea is to always keep the skin hydrated. You can sit with your feet in a basin of cold water, very refreshing. Use one of those water sprays, like Evian, they are brilliant. Spray yourself wherever you want, leave for a couple of minutes, then dab it off without rubbing. Don't leave it to dry from the heat as it will heat the body more afterwards. Keep your nape and wrists cool by running cold water over them. Cold tea is a very good drink to rehydrate. Try to eat lightly, lots of salads and fruit and stay away from the heavy, greasy foods. Go to bed at night with your hair soaking wet, this will cool you down. We installed one of those rotating ceiling fans, it saved me one year when it went up to almost 40 degrees. If you are travelling you can use a water spray to hydrate. Soak a towel really well and wrap it around the can and then place it in a good plastic bag. It will stay fresh for hours, even in the car. Hope this helps, it does me.

  7. drink lots of water, stay indoors (especially air-con :) ) and wear light colour clothes and not so tight ones as well. Go to the beach or pool :p

  8. stay where lts air conditioned

  9. I keep cool by staying in the shade, not drinking soda because with all that sugar it can dehydrate you. Stay inside and have the AC on. Try this. Take your garden hose and drench yourself with all your clothes on because your clothes are so saturated with water, the water would keep you cool for a long time. Hope this helps.

    Respectfully,

    BK
