How can i keep gifs ( as in a folder,ipod or USB)?

Question

when i see a gif/animation i like, i copy and paste it but then it turns back into a still image

how can i keep it as it is?

if its different for putting in an ipod or USB please tell

When your putting it in an ipod, the ipod cannot read the file so its changes it into a picture, a still one.So far there is no way to change this if you remember in term one when i showed you the gif's and they were still on my ipod. If you wish for it to be in a USB there should be no problem, unless this "usb" is a photo viewing machine then the machine cannot read it as it does not have the appropriate programs to run the gif.

when you just leave it in your computer, it can be viewed on windows media player.. if you open it and its still, go to properties and change what program to open it on.

For sum phones they have media viewing programs which enable it to view the gif, show you on monday.
