  3. I know what you mean!

You can totally talk on the phone with her for a good hour every weekend, chat online on aim/msn with her whenever you're online, email her, text her, or leave her messages on facebook!

We always call each other on our birthdays and send each other things.

You can be pen pals still. Get her address so you can send her letters whenever you want to. On her birthday, you can even send her a box of goodies like old memories, new memories, notes on what's up, a bday present, something cute, cds, a video of you, things like that.

Even like the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, aha! You can send her like a sweater and you two keep sending it back and forth so you always stay in touch. Maybe you'll write something on it everytime you get it, or like a notebook and you two keep on putting journal entries in it. [:

  4. you can text her and plan to hang out once a month or so

my friend moved to new hampshire and that's really far from illinois and we text each other and she comes over and hangs out with me like every 5 months or so,

  5. hmm you can always email or IM, whatever

but also you should send each other "care packages" every once in a while

    send random things, funny things
