  1. Most puppies eat their p**p and it won't hurt them (as much as it seems gross to us).  Wild pups (wolves and such) eat their mom's p**p to get extra nutrients.  Most dogs outgrow it by the time they are 4 or so months old.  Try feeding them twice a day and put them on a puppy formula of a highly nutritious brand.  I feed mine Canidae ALS (which is an all life stages formula...safe for your puppies).  It shouldn't pose a problem, just make sure they are both wormed.  Good luck!

  2. the thing is a lot of puppies do that like on its me or the dog the show the thing u got to do is if it has a regular p**p spot keep a food bowl near it and so it would eat that and also you should go with it when it poops so that way  you could blow a loud whistle when its about to eat it

  3. feed them dry food, my puppy did this and it disgusted me so the vet told me to stick to dry food as its less apetising for them when they do a number 2 unlike  meat and wet food which is juicier, i know that sounds disgusting but its true/ lol . pour hot water over the dry food and wait til it goes soft to feed it to them coz they wont be able to crunch it.my pups 7mnts now and doesnt do it,

  4. I have two pups myself, and one of them ate p**p, and my vet told me to give them a little pineapple each day.  I kid you not, it does work.

Dont let anyone talk down to you in having two pups at the same time.  Although it is harder to have 2 two month old pups at once, there are upsides to having them such as them learning from one another such as potty training and also for the companionship to each other.

  5. I've worked in the Vet field for about 10 years now. You should ask your Vet about a product called Forbid. It's a powder that you put in their food that makes the p**p taste bitter. Also make sure that they have been dewormed.

  6. 1. They probably need better food. Try something that doesn't have "meal" as the first few ingredients (chicken meal). Wellness, Eagle Pack, and Organics are some good brands. They sell them at the local pet store. Usually when they're eating p**p it's because they're not getting all the nutrition they need.

    2. They sell a spray, powder, liquid that you add to the puppies food. Doesn't taste bad going in but will taste AWEFUL if they try to eat it.

    Hope this helps!

  7. well most puppies do eat their own p**p so its okay but if you really dont want them to ask your vet for advice and they mite give you some pointers

  8. The best way to keep a puppy from eating it's f***s is to clean it up right away.

  9. Well how many times do you feed them a day? Maybe because they are just so hungry and so they eat fast which makes their food more craving-ful.

  10. Change the dog's diet with something of higher quality such as canidae or innova. Be sure you keep them extra clean and their areas clean as well. Leave them interactive toys such as kongs with food stuffing, buster cubes to distract them. Also those large bones they sell at pet stores are great!

You need to make a feeding schedule to where the dog can eliminate before you leave the house to school.

Try adding two tablespoons of plain canned pumpkin to their diet. Apparently it makes their f***s taste/smell disgusting. If that doesn't work, try adding a tablespoon of canned pineapple. Try putting hot sauce or lemon juice on the poops.

  11. what i did was when my boxer decided to start eating his was take him to that spot and point to it and say in a strong voice "NO NO" and then i would spank him 1 or two times and do that every time he would try to do it again he finally got the point..same thing for the trash

  12. Sometimes if they don't digest the food well they will eat their own p**p because it's still like food to them.Try a different puppy food to see if that helps.

  13. WHY did U get =two=  pups at the same time?!

that was not good planning, and is also not good for the pups,

in my frank opinion as a professional.

they will be over-attached to each other, and not bond well with ppl, as they will have no real incentive to learn weird human ways in order to satisy their social needs - instead of learning 'Human', they have a buddy who already speaks Dog fluently!

    why bother?

    (shrug)

U will have to do FOUR times as much work to housetrain, leash train, teach basic manners, socialize, habituate, practice traveling, etc etc.

each pup needs one on one time, solo; then both pups need to practice good behavior + attn while TOGETHER.

coprophagia is the least of Ur coming troubles, IMO.

    :---(    sorry -  boo-boo ahead!
