How can i keep my computer fast?

will sites like youtube and runescape make it slower?

defrag and disk cleaning it weekly will keep it fast?

You can upgrade your RAM because that limits the amount of programs you can run at once, thus slowing the speed.

Videos and Runescape will slow it down because these programs/games are intensive and requires a lot of memory.

It's not necessary to defrag and disk clean weekly, you won't notice much difference. Defrag only if you haven't used your computer for a long time, maybe like at least a couple of months or something. Don't waste time defragmenting or disk clean.

Don't delete cookies because they remember the settings and make your pages load faster. But deleting them once in a while wouldn't hurt.

Uninstall any useless programs that you don't need.
