How can i keep my room clean help?

i am so sloppy and i eat in my room gosh i am a child someone please help meeeee no dumb ok

well,  I eat in my bedroom to, every morning before I leave the house, I make sure my bedroom is " Inspection ready" The first thing I do is make my bed, this reduces my desire to jump back into it:)

I then pick up the dishes, food ect... and put them in the sink before I go to the bathroom, to wash up

really thats it. it never takes more than 5 minuts  even on the days where I have to dust or sweep and mop.

I feel good when I turn around as I'm about to leave the bedroom give it a thumbs up:) and head out with confidence.  knowing that I will be returning to a nice neat bedroom, and  not be an embarrassment to myself should I  bring someone home.

take 1 large basket and go around & put misplaced items in the basket.  Now take the basket and put items where they go.  Now that you room is clean, every night before you go to bed do the same thing.  In the morning make up your bed and then look around and see a clean room and be proud.  It feels good to have a clean room.  Ok, now I guess I better go and clean mine.  Thanks for the reminder.  Have a great day

Keep things at proper places so that you need not clean everything.

Put your dishes in the sink right after you eat. Same with garbage. And get a bin to throw all your dirty clothes into, instead of on your floor.

Well maybe you could plan to clean up your room at a certain time twixce or once a week for an hour, if you really don't enjoy doing it put on some music you like or something to keep you entertsained.

Clean as you go...it's easier on you that way. Make your bed, throw dirty clothes in the hamper as you remove them, and for goodness sake...open the window once in a while:o) It's easy if you just keep it clean as you go. But I have to say, as a kid I shared a room with my sister. She was the neat and tighty one, my side looked like a cyclone hit it...My sister finally rubbed off on me :o) I can't stand clitter and mess anymore...
