How can i keep running without getting so tire?

I have to run a mile, but i get so tire while i'm running

like i just have to rest if i get tire SO~~~

can u give me some tips that can help me without

getting so tire while i'm running?

  1. just build up how much you run everyday and eventually you'll be able to run a mile.


  2. dont sprint the whole time

    pace urself.

    breath in through ur nose out through ur mouth.

    keep urself hydrated. while i run i usually try to keep distracted so i always say to myself look at the bird! lol yeah im weird.

    and u can run with somebosy if that helps?

  3. Running has to do with your lungs and heart. If you get tired running really fast then work on long distance. I recommend going out every day once you don't need more unless you think you do. Run 1/8 of a mile and rest when you think you are ready run 2/8 and so on also make sure you are not sprinting it all when i run the mile at school if i sprinted I'd only get half way when i do a fast jog i make it al the way in 6 minutes.

  4. Don't sprint, pace yourself. Breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Practice running to build up your endurance.
