How can i keep th e bottom crust on my pmpkin pie from gettig soggy?

  1. The bottom crust of your pumpkin pie should not get soggy if you start off baking your pie at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes and them reduce the heat of your oven to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes or until the custard is set.
