How can i kill mosquito larvae?

i have a plain kids pool that we forgot to empty...what can i do to kill them & still be safe for the kids to get back in...

Yuck! Put bleach in the water, then empty it out and stamp on the larvae, then scoop them up and put them in the bin....just to be sure. Then rinse the pool thoroughly and refill.

Empty your pool, if enough time has gone by to where you have mosquito larvae, your water needs to be changed anyway.  Water can grow all sorts of dangerous things not just bugs you can see.  Use bleach prior to draining, drain the pool and start over.

Use mosquito dunks.  They are non toxic.  I would still change out the water after using the dunks. Kinda gross to let your kids get in a pool with dead mosquito larvae...if I understand your intent correctly.
