How can i kill the pain in my muscles !?!?

NOTHING is working. i am currently in pre-season of field hockey. and we've been running a few miles a day. all were doing is conditioning !! as well as suicides, sprints, and anything else that is torturous! haha. i am sooo sore. and can hardly move. and tomorrow we are running a timed mile =/ so i rele wanna do well and not be so sore. ive tried stretching constantly. soaking in hot water. and taking ibuprofen tylenol advil and bayer. NOTHING is helping. wat can i do?? i can honestly hardly move. every part of me is hurting

  1. 2 words- ice bath!! its the best thing as it eliminates lactic acid in your muscles which causes the cramping and soreness. the sooner its taken after exherting the muscles, the more effective it will be!!


  2. Your body isn't used to the new stress...only time will help you, I hate to say.. Stretch some before you run tomorrow will help some.

    I'm sure you won't be the only one there that's sore, just do the best you can.
