How can i knock out - during my long 15 hour flight?

I'm flying from san francisco to Germany, long 15 hour flight. What's the best way to knock out?

Take 3 sleeping pills?

Get drunk?

Melatonin??

  1. Last time I took an ambien on the airplane and had a drink with it. I crashed my rental car while still in the airport lot.  Have just a couple of drinks and you will go out fairly naturally.  If you are bored enough you just might fall off without anything.

    Remember,  Jet lags bad enough without having a hangover.


  2. ambien.  Booze not a good idea for many reasons, but you will get dehydrated and feel like c**p.
