  1. if THE CHILD IS IN danger THEN YOU CALL. BUT YOU SHOULD TALK TO THE MOTHER. IF THE CHILD USED TO LIVE WITH YOU AND THE PARENT DOESNT CARE. IN ORDER TO HELP, ASK TO ADOPT THE CHILD.

  2. None of your buisness!!!!! I say, stay out of it. They have the right to move whenever thay want!!! U cant control that, no one can

  3. Unfortunately it is not illegal to move around alot.  Unless she is harming her child and / or putting her in dangerous situations or settings, Like living with molesters, doing drugs, shoplifting with her child etc, just moving or being homeless won't necesarily get the girl taken.  BUT, go with your gut and if you are truely concerned then make the call and go from there, maybe they could steer her in the direction of becoming a stable person.  Good luck.

  4. I think you should call the dad and tell him whats going on. I would think he wouldn't want his little 5 year old in that situation. And even if she happens to not be his, it's still his children's little sister.

  5. I would call child protection. Ask them to at least investigate or place her in emergency care. she should be settled by age five and go to school.

  6. You can't call child protection unless the child is in danger.  Though moving a lot provides no security for her child it is not a reason to call Child Protective Services.

  7. Child protection services does not handle cases of a family moving on a constant basis. Their job is to make sure the child is not being abused - nothing more - nothing less. If you dont like the way this person moves around - dont allow them to stay with you anymore.
