Are you speaking English??  If you're getting prenatal care, your doctor can tell if you're progressing towards labor and delivery.

If you are within your 34-40wk period and your baby is in position you can usually tell by where the feet are kicking it could be any time now. My daughter came out two weeks early and she was in the head down position by 34 weeks it really all depends on when the baby is ready.

i noticed that i had a lot of discharge a few days before i gave birth.  

but everyone is different.  i walked and went into labor that nite!!!
