  2. The are hundreds of acupressure/shiatsu points.  You would be best to take classes to learn them.  Second best would be to buy a chart and some books, and learn them that way.  Precision is not quite so important with acupressure as it is with acupuncture.  You can also learn by drawing the points and meridians on your own body and learning to trigger the points on yourself first.

  3. just make it up, that's all quackupuncturists do :-)

  4. Just pick anypoint you want and say it is healing whatever..  Makes no difference..

  5. There are three hundred and sixty five acupoints in the body. All of them help to cure, and prevent disease. As another answerer suggested it would be best for you to take classes. However if you can't take a class read as many books as you can. Hands on is best though. I personaly learned Shiatsu, japenese acupressure. I love it, it's awesome. Good luck on your learning journey!

  6. I would suggest studying under a qualified instructor.  Acupressure is a very detailed science and is more than just pressing points.

  7. There is much more to it than just learning points and doing it on yourself.  Acupuncturists study the points for 3 years.

Go to someone who is trained in it or just learn on your own.  Don't use it to replace going to a doctor.

There are many natural ways of healing -but even those have side effects if you don't know what you are doing and even if you do know what you are doing.
