How can i know the live position of rain of mumbai through yahoo?

Forget about yahoo or forecasts.  Check the satellite image for yourself.  It is far more accurate to know whether its going to rain and if so how much !!!!  Time shown against the image is UTC, you need to add five and a half hours to get the Mumbai time.
