Obligatory complete immersion. That is, tossing yourself in a foreign country and surviving.

There is no easy way of learning something so big. You could try beginners books, online courses, and videos, movies and podcasts. Exposure is the key.

i always thought spanish class..lyk an actual class with actual people. && thn th best one...immersion!

The best way is immersion - go to the country whose language you want to learn and spend time there. If that is not an option, the best alternative that I have discovered is Rosetta Stone courses. They do the best at mimicking immersion.

go to the country in question AFTER learning the basic grammar. vocab and extended grammar will come as long as you keep reading ur study book and dictionary.
