  1. Find a good martial arts school around your area.

Preferably Krav Maga, Wing Chun, or Pankration.

There is a rolling punch in Wing Chun, which was used in Bruce Lee's original Jun Fan system, which is nearly impossible to defend against. If you can find a Wing Chun teacher then see if they will teach you that and the sticking leg.

  2. i say u should like take karate classes thats wht i did its rlly fun and a great way 2 defend urself.

but remeber he has 2 throw the 1st punch 4 it 2 b self defense

    good luck :)

  3. Well, I think you should learn to deffend yourself, because you wouldn't want to get hurt. But don't use it only to hurt people. Use it so if someone tries to hurt you, you can defend yourself

take karate, kickboxing, boxing or something.

  4. dont fight nuless they are actually hitting you.

try find some sort of martial arts class nearby and train. chances are when people find out that you do martial arts they might back off a bit.but you can learn a lot from books and movies.

  5. its best not to fight ...but if you want go for it i would take boxing classes

  6. ha ha ha. thats a fake a** question!

  7. lessons help. they could either want to fight u cuz u kno martial arts(almost never happens) or dont want 2 fight u cuz of the same reason

  8. Just because someone is picking on you is not a reason to fight them. Stand your ground if their pushing you around well just push right back. But to start throwing punches at each other is not the answer. You will be the much better person by walking away from people like that. Like they said words can never hurt you.

  9. take classes. work out. the best way though, is to just figure out why they hate you, then resolve it

  10. I'd say an actual martial arts class.. if you can't afford it then get videos, if not then books, if not then try to teach yourself off of video games (The realistic stuff), I learned like that somewhat.  Oh! Or use youtube for their tutorials, most of them rock!

  11. There are only two things you need to remember in a fight.  1)Go for the throat.   Give them a quick straight hit to the adam's apple.   That will end the fight before it can really even begin

2)If you can't get to the throat, go for the crotch.   It's just as debilitating but not quite as "bad @ss" as the first option.

  12. find out who is the best martial art instructor in your area or not too far away from you and start training. People pick on you because they think they can. That is why it is best to train hard and walk around with confidence that you can protect yourself. When people see that, they will less likely to pick on you. You can act like a tiger or you can act a rabbit. Tiger fight and rabbit run and hide. But if you if you choose to act like a tiger, your claws better be ready. That is why it is always important to train hard as if you may need your skills tomorrow. Don't train half heartedly.

Also, if you want to use a bit of psychology to play with their mind. If only one person pick on you at the time, walk up really close to him/her calmly and then shout really loud and aggresive, "what is your fcuking problem!!!!!!" And keep looking  into their eyes with anger and if you have lost it for a few seconds and you can see the surprise and shock in their eyes.  While still watching him/her, step back and walk off.

That will give her/him something to think about. No one want to confront someone who is angry and pissed off, and crazy.

See if you can pull off that acting role. Otherwise, just ignore them and use it as a motivation to train hard.

  13. look you need to just harvest the inner wild beast in you and freak out on them and rip out thier eye balls and stuff
