  1. You can for free at http://www.w3schools.com/

I like W3Schools the best, but you also may want a HTML editor and NVU is the best free alternative to Dreamweaver.

NVU - Finally! A complete Web Authoring System for Linux Desktop, Microsoft Windows and Macintosh users to rival programs like FrontPage and Dreamweaver. Nvu (pronounced N-view, for a "new view") makes managing a web site a snap.

  2. I would say one of the best resources for learning client-side coding (html and css) for beginners is HTMLdog. It's nicely organised into beginner, intermediate and advanced areas with easy to follow examples.

  3. well; if you go to google search "html codes"you can find everything

  4. When I was just starting out I found a lot of help going to Webmonkey. They've got great tutorials to get you up and running.
