How can i learn krav maga?

It seems like it might be hard to find a place that teaches it. How do i start? are there lessons on DVD if i cant find someone to teach me? :)

I train in Krav Maga. I wouldn't waste money on DVDs. I did however buy the book, Complete Krav Maga. It breaks everything down real nice. There is no substitute for training with certified instructors. What city or area are you looking in?

yeah learning by dvd isnt the best way. surrounding yourself with people with like minded interests will alway increase enthusiasm and promote learning.  You'll meet knew friends with common interest and if u learn you like krav maga maybe u'll have started a life long hobbby or even more than a hobby.   Go goole krav maga studios in your area if you in califonria i know of a coupel krav maga schools in sf and san jose that train law enforcement.

Look for a Krav maga dojo in your area. Learning by DVD is not a good way because if you get it wrong, then you will always do it wrong, if somebody teaches you how to do it personally then they can correct the things you are doing wrong, and you will be less likely to hurt yourself.

Find a dojo in the yellow pages or google it and your city.
