  1. ok look if u can put ur head under water thats gr8 but if u cant practice putting ur head under and blowing bubbles.

then go on youtube and watch the strokes its really ezy

  2. Lots of practice but you still wont be real proficient -soz

  3. Stop panicking that is the first step because stress will lead to you not being relaxed.... The first thing is to make sure that you have the right swim gear such as bathing suit, goggles, swimcap(optional)..etc.

If you can only go about 3 times.. make sure that you pay attention to every single move and ask if you can get extra help for a few minutes over..

get used to being underwater..for example.. blowing bubbles underwater with your mouth is a way to breathe underwater without swallowing water.. its okay if a little water gets in..

see if anyone in your family knows how to swim and can provide you with a little extra money..... to help out.. also save every bit of cash you can get..

be confident relax and have fun... dont be embarrassed if you dont learn how to swim because maybe some of your friends will teach you how.. just show utter confidence in what you are doing.. it will make you feel a LOT better and you probably will learn faster..... Also, you can go onto youtube and look up some awesome swimming  tips... go to wikihowto.. and see will it help with tips.. Also, learn how to float above water.. thats a help too.. well i hope that you learn and everything goes well.. remember everybody in your class may not know how to swim so you won't be alone...

  4. It is possible to learn to swim within 7 days, if you have 4 things::

1... BELIEF and a positive attitude that it can be done.

2... You did not experience any unpleasant or frightening

incidents in the past, when you almost drowned

3... Have the time, 3 or 4 sessions, 2 hrs per session.

4... Must use a pair of good-fitting goggles

Start with placing your head underwater and gradually breathing out, through your mouth. Next do frontal floating and holding your breath for as long as you can. Get someone to show you how to do the arm strokes of the breast-stroke, and once you master this---it could take one session---go on to the leg strokes, which may take a bit longer. It all depends on your will-power and attitude, to succeed. It will then be a matter of combining your arm and leg movements, executed with a glide, not done simultaneously.  Do the movements gently but accurately. It takes very LITTLE power really, to move your body in the water. Swimming is easy if you dont panic but do your movements in a relaxed, fluid manner.

All the  best, and do watch some useful videos on Youtube for faster progress; shock your family, relatives and friends for having learnt to swim within 7 days!!! Nothing is impossible in water survival!
