How can i learn the states of Asia and its capitals ?

I need to learn it for tomorow but i cant find the easiest way to learn better and faster.Please give me a good answer.

Asia is a Continent, it's comprised of countries not states.

Look for the countries in Asia, list them down, then their capitals beside them. Read the list over. Try memorizing both at the same time then cover one side of the list and see if you can name that side correctly. If not try again.

Read them from a list maybe 5 times in a row, then cover up the capitals and quiz yourself on the countries.  Then read them 5 times again, then cover up the countries and quiz yourself on the capitals.  Repeat this process until you are confident you have memorized them.

Study the countries and capitals, only; see their locations on a map; ten times; 'SIMPLE'; FORGET;  STUDY OTHER CHAPTERS, LIKEWISE.  IT IS EASY / SIMPLE,  believe the teacher, the old, in Geography!
