I don't want to hert you but i have seen that you have been asking about losing weight. If you join a gymnastic class you can learn how to to a cartwheel and lose some weight.

First, you need a mat that is about 10 in high. you place your hands on the mat and kicj your legs over to the other side. Every time you do it try to kivk a little bit higher keeping your legs straight. Make sure you lock your elbows, do not bend them. When you feel confident, try it without the mat.
