  1. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gracie Jiu Jitsu)

  2. Taekwondo, it is the best, it is a combination of everything:

    Kicking

    Wrestling

    Punching,

    and a lot more!!!!

  3. This whole f#cking world is mental. Its all about how you percieve life and about how you deal with it. It's either you got it or you don't. It doesn't matter how many people get on here and tell you to train something whenever you're just to weak mentally for it to make any difference at all. You have to stand up for your self and you can't let people walk all over you. Obviously, its too late for that or you would be asking strangers online to help you.

    And WTF?

Why do people think just because they learn Karate they can kick @ss. You must be real hard up for brains. Like i said, just quit being such a poon and do something about it. Don't spend 6 months of your life in a dojo just so you can try to pull off a spinning back kick just to find out that it doesn't work. Go sucker punch the kid in the back of the F#cking head.

And you know what dude, if you don't want to get picked on, quit being such a *****.

  4. Well if its just for protection(and to beat the c**p out of them bullies)

then your first pick should be jiujitsu and at the same

    time train boxing!!!!!!!

    start jogging and weight lifting.

just so youre not the first to get tired or

    tossed around!

  5. work out an join a martial art or boxing club

  6. To fight better, you have to fight, or train as realistically as possible. Train for stress, train your breathing, and train all around fighting. Kids suck, and they'll gang up on you if you let them.

Most importantly (and good training will help), put your shoulder back and stick your head up high. Breathe and stay calm to keep a cool attitude. Be friendly, but don't get over-involved in high school drama. No one will want to pick on you if you're just kind of laid back. Then, if they do, that's where the training comes in. It doesn't matter what you train in -- they all have strengths and weaknesses. Just remember that you don't want to fight the way you train: starting from a stance, etc. You just fight naturally and without fear.

Most important thing: if you take a martial art, don't tell anyone you're taking it. It's not their business, and people knowing can cause problems of its own. If you have to fight, make it look natural (that comes with training) so it looks like you didn't do anything.

And don't worry. Four years. That's all. It'll seem like nothing if you let it.

  7. Learn Muay Thai or Jeet Kune Do. They are the most effective for real life situations. Also if your really skinny you may want to increase your protein intake. Try foods like Steak and Chicken. And ALOT of it. Also try out a workout schedule. You don't have to start with much just work your way up. Always remember that it's better not to get in a fight if you can't help it.
