  1. Your question hints at difficulties in the rapport that you have with your employer/superior, but we do not know you (there is nothing in your profile to give us a hint, only your nickname) and you give no details about him/ her, not even whether it is a man or a woman that you have to tackle. One confronts a lion in a different way to that used for a fish, a scorpion or a snake. Whatever you do, you have to remember that he/she is your boss and he/she has the upper hand, so tread carefully. Courtesy and a bit of diplomacy is always a good approach however provoking the circumstances are and storming into his/her office and going for the jugular will do nothing to alleviate matters and might cost you your job.

Could you possibly give us a few details to go on? Is it a conflict of personalities, interest, motivation, points of view or is he/she abusing his position? Are you being harassed (sexually or otherwise)?  Is the person in question your direct superior and is there someone above him/her that you can approach with your grievances? Do you belong to a union and should you consult a union representative or ask for his/her presence at a conversation with your boss so as to cover your back?

There are many ways to approach the problem and if you give us a few more clues, perhaps we can make positive suggestions.
