How can i learn to tackle my boss?

Your question hints at difficulties in the rapport that you have with your employer/superior, but we do not know you (there is nothing in your profile to give us a hint, only your nickname) and you give no details about him/ her, not even whether it is a man or a woman that you have to tackle. One confronts a lion in a different way to that used for a fish, a scorpion or a snake. Whatever you do, you have to remember that he/she is your boss and he/she has the upper hand, so tread carefully. Are you being harassed (sexually or otherwise)?  Is the person in question your direct superior and is there someone above him/her that you can approach with your grievances? Do you belong to a union and should you consult a union representative or ask for his/her presence at a conversation with your boss so as to cover your back?
