So the thing is my car does not have a cd or tape player, just AM and FM radio. Someone told me that I can listen to it through a radio station, but idk.

If anyone knows if this is true or another way, let me know please and thank you! C :

  1. You can get an fm transmitter, but the sound quality will lack compared to a direct line from your ipod to your deck, if you get a new cd player get one with an aux input and you will be happy.

  2. Yes the FM Transmitter works, but from what I understand and trying out one, they are garbage.  Mine had cost about $7.  Maybe they sell better ones for more $$$.

  3. they sell fm transmitters for about ten buckaroos

you just set the transmitter at a sation and set the car stereo to the same station

connect the ipod to the transmitter and there u go

  4. If you live in a very metropolitan area, with lots of buildings around, then it'll be very hard to get decent reception with an FM transmitter.

Might as well get a decent priced head unit with an aux input which you can plug your iPod into

  5. i use an fm transmitter and it works fine. must be sure to find a good station to tune the transmitter to. plus it will charge the ipod. its cheap but effective.
