How can i lobby for alternative forms of energy if i am against oil and nuclear energy?

There are plenty or clean renewable energy sources honey. Wind, Solar and water power are all achievable substitutes for the polluting fossil fuels we currently use. Unfortunately the big oil and mining companies don't have a stake in those so they pay lobbyists millions to promote lies like clean coal and biofuel to ensure they keep making money out of ruining the planet.

Plants has already taken care of the CO2 . Nature has recycled for millions of years and will continue. That also includes the recycling of fossil fuels.

With your wallet.   Buy the wind produced energy from your electric company for an extra couple cents per kilowatt.   Maybe even buy a solar pannel or small wind turbine if your area is right for that kind of thing.
