Well mate there's no option to lock a folder but you can download a folder lock from any of the sites and use it,here I have a link:

the other option is to hide the folder,to do that:

right click on the folder--->properties--->attributes--->hi...

and then make sure that the hidden folders are not displayed,to do that:

my computer--->Tools--->folder options--->View--->Do not show hidden files & folders
