How can i log into my friends computer? ?

A coworker in Ohio(me in WI) is having issues with his computer.

I am trying to help but its hard from without seeing it.

Once upon a time... here at work, when i had troubles, i called our computer guy and he asked me to log into a site... and he then had control over my computer and fixed it.

Does anyone know how or if this is possible?

There's this option at the "Start" menu, then there's this program called "Help at Distance"

I'm not sure if it's called like that, my computer isn't in English but Dutch.

But the icon of the program is a hand with a computermouse in it.

That might work.

You might want to look into Window's "Remote Assistance". Depends on what version of Windows you guys are both using though.
