Question:

How can i look better in my bathing suit in aw week?

i dont want anything drastic, but i am going on vacation with a lot of swimming and i just wanted ways to make my stomack look more toned and lean by then

any suggestons are welcome

  1. Well my cousin started working out for sports two weeks ago, he did not have any fat on his stomach, but in two weeks he got an 8 pack. He said he did 200 real sit ups. (And by real i mean slow and precise to work the muscles) He did them every say in the morning after jogging for 20 minutes. Doing anything that brings up your heart rate also brings up your metabolism so that when you do sit ups or lift weights or anything like that after, it burns more fat :) so if you have a little bit of fat to begin with, i'm guessing you could still get pretty far. anything will take longer than one week though haha


  2. um theres a lot you can do, you can run on a tread mill, when you have an option of healthier food, always take that route, try swimming laps in your pool( if you have one), look up some different excersize on seventeen.com, and focus on the ones that are for you belly, and try to keep yourself away from food as long as possible, and when you eat dont eat alot afterward go swimming of somthing, try hanging out with friends and that might keep you away from food, also try crunches and maybe going to the mall and keep you on your  feet all day, and bring healthy food or eat somewhere healthy,to keep you away from fatty mall food :)

  3. Find a Good Eye Doctor and see if glasses will help you LOOK better>>  I can't see at all without mine>  LOL
