side swept bangs will take attention off your eyebrows. get layers to frame your face along with some highlights to brighten your skin some and bring out your eyes more. get some makeup to even out your skin tone (like a loose powder), add a bit of blush/bronzer on your cheeks b/c they are your best feature. do simple eye shadow - nothing fancy, use liner and mascara though! use a lipstick rather than a lip gloss but match it to your blush/bronzer. Ur hair is gorgeous by the way

well thats good really try to grow back your eyebrows believe once theyre back youll look alot better..shoot thats what i had to do

and well your forhead is rather large why not add some bangs?? to minnimize the effect some side bangs maybe even and add some volume or texture to your hair

also bring some attension to the eyes just curl up the eye lashes and dab a bit of brown eyeshadow maybe nothing to dramatic

do something with your hair. try parting it somewhere else rather than the middle.

Some sort of eyeliner or eye makeup would be great. It would make your eyes pop out rather than blend in which is what theyre doing now. And a new hairstyle.. the girls on here are throwing out great suggestions.

Buy a hair straightener and straighten your hair, the random wavyness you have doesn't look good.

Get some nice highlights - go to the hairdresser and they will give you advice on what colour.

Get a side fringe.

Try wearing black eyeliner and mascara, and some nice bronzer on your skin...
