Question:

How can i loose muscle?

hi erm i dont know were to start well anyway i need to loose weight i have broad shoulders and want to know is there anyway at all of eventually obtaining narrow shoulders ( in anyway possible ) and i would like to loose muslce like in my calfs and that, basicaly i want to have a petite figure but im a biggish person broad shoulders and carrying extra weight ( i dont know if this sounds wierd or what another word explains what i want to look like but....) can anyone please help me

  1. Cut down on (of course) fat first, increase your protein intake and only eat low fat or no fat carbs.

        Get a bag of white flounder from the frozen section in your grocery store and bake it in the oven or cook it on a grill. Eat plain rice or white bread with it. Small portions, three times per day. Exercise is important too, but not as important as your diet. Do a cardio workout at least three times per week for at minimum 40 minutes. You have to workout for at least 20 minutes before you begin to burn fat. That should help.

        

        However, if you naturally have a larger frame you may look very odd once you drop a lot of weight, especially if you drop a lot of muscle too.
