How can i loose my lower stomache fat?! PLEASE HELP!):?

I eat a lot, but not more then i should eat.

I need to know, what foods are good for not gaining any lower stomache fat?

And how to loose it?!

Pleeeeease,

my goal is to have the lower tummy fat gone by November!

  1. Its not that you eat food with fat and all fats get accumulated near your lower stomach. so in general you stop eating fatty foods and burn more calories you are goin to achieve ur goal.

    Exercising and eating less sweet stuff would help for a start (with sugar content such as ice-cream, cakes ...etc) . I am not sure why you want to loose it so fast, but I do not advice you to go for those miracle products . If you need to do it for health reasons, than seek advice from a doctor.

  3. exercise is the key. do lots of it. and get a friend to go with you, or an mp3, its easier that way.

    umm. theres a theory that if you only eat protein (like meat and eggs.. and stuff like that only) for 3 days it kickstarts your metabolism and you burn fat as energy. a relative of mine is doing it..
