How can i loose this bra spill over?

idk how this happened but when ever i put on a bra fat spills ove it on the sides & in the back. ne advice

it doesn't have nething 2 do w/ how tight my bra is. i've already adjusted it, & it doesn't effect it in ne way

It's not the bra size, it's the cup size. You need a bigger cup size, and maybe a different style/brand. There are differences in cup measurements between them.
