How can i loose this spill over, (it has NOTHING 2 do w/ my BRA)?

idk how this happened but when ever i put on a bra fat spills ove it on the sides & in the back. ne advice

it doesn't have nething 2 do w/ how tight my bra is. i've already adjusted it, & it doesn't effect it in ne way

Yes, it does have to do with your bra.

Your bra size can change over your adulthood because women still grow due to hormonal changes and weight loss/gain.

If fat is spilling over on the sides and the back, you're wearing the incorrect size bra.

Try wearing one cup size bigger.

This has happened to me because my bra size had changed to a bigger cup twice within the past thirteen years.  Once I switched to a different kind of bra (in my case a bigger size), I no longer had spill over.

I would definitely get yourself measured, something like 90% of women wear the wrong sized bra. Go get yourself measured, and not just in one place, go to several places as it will usually be different sizes. All bras are different and we also change shape and size, so getting the right sized bra is not as easy as it sounds!

sounds to me that it does have to do with the bra.. try a size up!! lol. Either that or i dunno maybe there's extra around that area and there's really not much you can do bout it unless you try to "work it off". I know right now im pregnant.. (1 month to go) but i'm going to have a heck of a time putting all the weight back off after im done. But yeah Good luck.  Also i'm not tryin to be mean i'm just tellin ya my opinion

actually, it DOES have to do with your bra. I agree with the other poster......get a professional fitting and you won't have that problem. Most women wear the wrong size bra.

All the adjustments in the world won't make a difference if it's too d**n small.
