  2. I am 24 and have been trying to lose the rest of my baby weight. I have found what works best for me is this:

    Eat a filling breakfast-it will keep you full longer through out the day, and it will make you have less cravings through out the day.

    Eat every three hours-it boosts your metabolism and you'll lose weight quicker. But eat little things such as veggies and dip, yogurt (yogurt really helps w/ weight loss). but give yourself some give. I have found that if I tell myself I can't eat ANYTHING bad, I go the other way and binge on junk food. Allow yourself to have a reward every now and then. Just limit it-have one scoop of ice cream, or a few chips.

    also WATER WATER WATER. I keep bottled water w/ me at all times. Sip on it all day and when you eat something drink lots of water so you'll feel more full and will want to eat less. Also, your body burns calories faster when the water is super cold Sorry this is not very organized, but it's what has worked best for me.  

  3. Exercise, crunches, work your lower back muscles, too. Eat right. Stretch well, drink plenty of fresh water. Believe it or not, vigorous heterosexual intercourse. Go jogging, jump rope. Horseback riding, hula hoop. Join a gym. Stop stuffing cheeseburgers down your neck. I mean, d**n, this list goes on, right?

    Oh yea, chromium picolinate(available at any health food store).

  4. I wouldn't worry about it!  I think a 'tummy' on a woman looks very feminine and a lot of men find it s**y.  Would be the last thing on my mind when losing weight, but it will reduce if you exercise properly!  Do some 'crunches' at the gym!

  5. lean protien, drink your milk, eat your veggies, cut back on the starbucks..

    do sit ups and crunches.

    not a crazy, im not going to eat anything but a certain food diet,

    but make sure your just eating healthy, eating food from alll of the food groups, and cutting back on your junk food intake.

    also,

    excersise at least 4 days a week.

    you dont have to do major workouts,

    but you can take a walk for an hour throughout your neighborhood,

    or jog on a treadmill, or do crunches, and small things like that.

    you could also join a sports team for your age, or a bellydancing class or something like that. [bellydancing burns a lot of calories, and they should have classes at your local rec center]

  7. i'm 27 also, and loosing weight in the belly area is hard! if you find a way that works let me know! lol!
