Question:

How can i loose weight without going to gym or becoming so choosy with my diet? ?

I want to loose my body fats (facial, arm, thigh & belly) as soon as i can, but i cant afford to enroll in a fitness center or eat the foods that are recommended by some nutritionist.

my friends told me that i am not fat, but i now they are lying. i will not be this figure conscious if i am tall. but i measure only 4'11, which means i look like a ball.

Please any body help there? all i have is a non-automatic treadmill. how many minutes do i have to walk on it.

my foods are really unhealthy. i eat allot of rice and fatty foods, drink allot of soft drinks and i don't move so much.

PLEASE HELP ME!

  1. smoking meth will make you fit in 1 month. I guarantee it. Just make sure you can stop after you lose the weight.


  2. you need 30 minutes of cardio a day. you can also do things like, pushups situps and lunges  to build muscle. As far as altering your diet. replace the soft drinks with water or tea (unsweetened or using splenda). Fatty foods will not effect you so much if you are working out. But if that is your diet, you have more problems than just being unhappy with your weight, you could be putting yourself at risk for diabetes and heart disease.

  3. wellllll i was able to lose about 10 pounds this summer, and i didnt eat a bunch of special foods... i do have a gym membership though. but really, you dont need it... i just have it cuz its so cold where i live i hate running outside.

    heres a good plan for you:

    FOOD WISE: (example meal)

    breakfast:

    oatmeal; 130 calories

    cup of yogurt; 110 calories

    GLASS OF WATER

    lunch:

    turkey sandwhich (wheat bread, lettuce, mustard); 300 calories

    carrot sticks; 50 calories

    GLASS OF WATER

    snack:

    apple; 60 calories

    dinner:

    grilled chicken breast; 70 calories

    potato; 100 calories

    GLASS OF WATER

    just eat around 1200-1500 calories a day of anything that isnt complete junk food.

    FITNESS WISE:

    just find a way to burn between 500-800 calories a day. theres an endless amount of activites you can do its not that hard... running, at-home video pilates, jumping jacks, situps, dance, swimming, wakeboarding, snowboarding, tennis, soccer....

    i hope i helped. you should know, at your age your metabolism will help you alot. and most the fat on your body isnt like permanent (cellulite), so it wont be impossible for you to get rid of.. like it is for adults.

You can do it.  The only equipment you need is a jump rope for cardiovascular exercise, and maybe some resistance bands (I bought a set for $12 at Burlington).  If you can learn some floor exercises and use the resistance bands to build muscle, you will be more lean, even if you do not necessarily weigh less.  Once you have a lot more muscle, and you eat about 1500 calories a day, you will begin to lose fat and change the composition of your body from fat to muscle.  If you make this a long term habit, you will see the results, and your friends will see them, too.  Just try to lay off the sugars and eat high protein so you don't snack too much.  If you snack, snack on fruit or yogurt.  Good luck!

  6. Um, you need to burn more calories than you consume.

    So ... if you're inactive, you need to bump up the excersize and cut down on high calorie foods.

    It's pretty logical.
