How can i lose 10 pounds in about 1-2 weeks! [read details]?

my physical is in a week and 4 days

how can i lose 10-15 pounds by then

idc if its not safe, everytime i go get my physical my brother and mom and dad make fun of my weight and im 13 5'6 and 158 lbs.

  1. I recently went on a 2 week liquid diet and lost 10 pounds. But my fiance's boss (who is fairly big) lost 30 pounds! For 2 meals each day, you're supposed to drink a protein shake, i used Atkins Low carb, high protein shakes (don't get chocolate), and throughout the day just eat sugar free jello, pudding, and even ice cream! Just don't over-do the ice cream part. There are also sugar free hard candies you can suck on that are pretty good. Try mixing some of the ice cream (try Blue Bunny Bunnytracks- Sugar Free!) with your shake and you can't even tell they're good for you. Good Luck!

  5. cut down on all junk food, dont let yourself think about food i dont know. i generally find that i eat when im bored. so keep yourself occupied and out of the house- this means you can do more excercise and also avoid the temptation of snacking.


  6. wow im kinda tryin to do the same thing. i have to go back to school shopping in about a week so im tryin to loose about 5-10 more lbs b4 that to look better for the start of school. What im doing is i run about 3 and a half miles in the morning right when i wake up. Then i come back i have an apple, 2 clementines, and about 15 carrots and tons of water. then i dont eat till around 7ish b/c of dinner. then after dinner i run about another 2 and a half miles. Im pretty dedicated to loose the weight so yea im into running. but if your not into excersizing then just dont eat for about 2 days and only drink water or milk.

  7. you need to speak to a professional, you dont care BS...that is unsafe and not regular, speak to a pro, what you are talking about doing is a disorder...seriously.  do not try to lose 10-15 pounds over night, extremely irresponsible

  8. I say don;t starve yourself, but eat more healthier foods like fruits, maybe some vegetables and not as much junky food. Also would help is do a bit of excerise like go shopping and walk around alot or hang out with utr friends and hang out and do a fun activity. And once your phyiscal is done, eat away and enjoy life.

  9. Sit on the couch and eat potato chips dipped in peanut butter. Works every time.

    Drink warm water with honey .. early in the morning..

    Keep drinking lots of water all thro the day.

    Exercise.

  11. drink alot of water every chance you get no coke, no sweets no bread or pasta's and limit your self to one meal a day .. and if your still hungry drink lots of water.or sleep when u have a hunger pain i'm 5'11 and retired football player so i know a thing or two about drastic wight loss lol so yea let me know how it goes ... and oh yea easy on the salts no geteraid , or energy drinks read lables before you consume look at the sodium percentage.

  12. i think u shouldn't care what other people think about your weight.....it should be about how comfortable you are in your own body. but if you  really did want to lose weight, i suggest to  cut down on any junk foods you may eat, try to run every day until the day of your physical and just exercise and and drink water.

  13. I have had a lot of problems with eating disorders in the past couple years and know how hard it is to lose weight.

    BUT, do NOT go in that direction because it is not healthy and will affect you MISERABLY in the long run!

    So, I know you probably hear this a lot but it is all about what you eat, and your physical activity.

  14. Run and do some jumping jacks and ab crunches. Weight don't mean a d**n thing as long as you got some muscle hun. 10-15 is hard to do in a week and 4 days but 5 weeks would be more realistic plus if you lose weight to fast you will have saggy skin which will suck!
