i excercize and eat healthy.. but it seems like its taking to long to lose more weight! i go on the treadmill for an hour a day but sometimes i walk more on the treadmill.. and themn i start running for a little bit.. this week im gonna go on a fruit diet.. all im gonna be eating is fruit is that okay? i tried it a couple of weeks ago and i lost 3 lbs. i will be drinking special k protein water with fruit cause i need protein...i need more help!!thannks
