How can i lose 10 to 12 lbs by september 2nd.!??

i excercize and eat healthy.. but it seems like its taking to long to lose more weight! i go on the treadmill for an hour a day but sometimes i walk more on the treadmill.. and themn i start running for a little bit.. this week im gonna go on a fruit diet.. all im gonna be eating is fruit is that okay? i tried it a couple of weeks ago and i lost 3 lbs. i will be drinking special k protein water with fruit cause i need protein...

i need more help!!

    Try to jog 3 miles a day at least.

    Or ride a bike 6 miles.

    But running and swimming is your best bet.

  9. 1st off you cant in a healthy manor.

    If your really desperate chop off an Arm, leg, etc..

    Puke alot, flat out don't eat.

    A healthy way would be to just keep eating healthy and to keep doing cardio.  All fruit diet is bad, you need other foods. Think about the food pyramid, you just need some food groups more than others.

    Also take a multi-vitamin every day, and eat less portions more often, so your eating the same or less.  Burn carbs and eat less carbs.

The only time I lost pounds like that and in that amount of time was because I was deathly ill.  I was in a hospital not expected to live and they  would feed me through a tube.  I lost 30 pounds in 10 days.  It left me very weak.  I had a hard time doing basic things for myself.  I would never purposely lose weight that fast and that much at a time.

  11. i think you can still lose the weight with out going on a "diet" just chose better eating choices, and when you walk on the tread mill do at least 3 miles per hour. you also need to remember the fast your lose it the faster it comes back.... and you lose inches before lbs  

  12. sept 2nd may or maynot happen. eat way more protine!! 1 to 2 cans of tuna packed in water a day. fruit has a lot of sugar in it. vegetables are better for you.. make sure you do some kind of yoga and weight traing also. do cardio for 1 hour a day eat less than 2500 calories a day with plenty of protine and the weight will fly off.

  13. exercise on an empty stomach that way you burn fat, and not the food that you are eating. Dont eat just fruit.... thats just sugar. You need to eat whole grains, protein , fruit, and vegetables. They dont call it a balanced diet for nothing. Running early and then watching the calorie count will be sure to drop your weight in no time.

  17. Roughly 3500 calories equals a pound of fat.  Eat 1000 calories a day and make sure you burn 4500 calories a day.  That's how you would go about losing that much weight.  Keep in mind you'll probably feel like **** and it's really stressing your body to lose that much weight so quickly.

  19. Eating just fruit is not okay.

    Your body needs more than that to run properly, and if you were to do that you won't lose weight.

    Try taking pills (the good kind) to speed up your metabolism, as that is what I think is preventing you from losing weight.

    Seek help from your doctor.

    Eating less will slow your metabolism and your body won't run properly, so don't cut foods out (apart from the obvious bad ones) and don't lessen how many calories you eat to a ridiculous amount!

    Just remember to keep eating healthy with a balanced diet (more than just fruit!) =)

  20. cardio dont walk and run too much if you dont have stamina, all you have to do is jog,jog,jog.try not to walk all the time coz it aint goin to work.:D

  21. NO do NOT eat just fruit. Fruit contains loads of sugar..if that's all you're going to eat you will gain weight. The reason why you lost weight before was probably b/c your calorie intake was way to low. That is a bad way to lose weight. You're diet must be balanced. You need carbs, protein, fiber,etc..

  22. I bet you want to lose that weight by Sept. 2nd because that's when your school starts, right? I know because that's EXACTLY what I tried to do this summer, lose 20 pounds before school. I actually ended up losing only 6, but if I keep going, I'll do it. Now for you! Your goal is WAY too high! I always made high goals, like lose 5 pounds this week, but they don't work. Why? Because when you don't accomplish them, you feel sad and discouraged, and you stop trying. Try setting goals like 2 pounds a week. With diet and exercise, it can easily be accomplished, you will feel proud of yourself, and you will keep going. So your goal should be something like to lose 5 pounds before Sept 2nd. That's my goal for now. Set easy to accomplish short and long term goals. For example, I need to lose 20 pounds total. That is my long term goal until Christmas. My goal until school is to lose up to 5 more pounds. Do something like that! Don't expect fast results. You shouldn't lose more than 2 pounds a week. I kept thinking I could lose 5, but no. I was just like you, exactly, treadmill everyday since the beginning of summer, but I lost like nothing. You have to keep trying, and follow these tips:

    Exercise by doing cardio(look it up if you don't know what it is) 1 hour a day. Try not to do much more than an hour.

    Drink 6-8 cups of water a day, spaced out, don't drink it all at once.

    Drink water, not juice or pop, with your meals, and don't eat fast.

    Eat Special K cereal for breakfast, chicken or salad for lunch, fruit for dinner. YOU CAN'T JUST EAT FRUIT! For snacks, have fruits or veggies, Special K 90 calorie bars, or other healthy foods. And don't drink too much of the protein water, that's not good, eat real protein.

    Look up some diet/exercise tips online, but don't spend 3 hours a day doing that, like I did! Just for one hour, not every day an hour, just once or twice. There are GREAT tips online. Search something like tips to lose weight fast.

    Don't fall for those pills, weird diets, or ads that claim you can lose a pound a day, or the one that says 18 pounds in 4 days. No, that won't work, do a healthy normal diet.

    Reduce your portion sizes. Don't eat after you get full. Stop eating once you feel almost full. And try to eat just a little less than you normally do. I am not staying starve yourself, but if you eat a whole sandwich for lunch, try eating 3/4, and save the other quarter for later.

  23. I know this sounds crazy but it really works!!  Ok so all you have to do is switch dinner and breakfast to lose like a lot of lbs. Try it.  P.S.  Try to eat healthy dinners and breakfasts!! Oh I probably wouldn't eat ALL fruit!! Hope I help you lose lbs!!

  24. you probably won't. but excercise anyway until you do. try to run outside too, maybe at nights if you wont nobody to see you.

    you aint gotta go on a diet. you already know what's healthy and what's not. yo can eat everythinh you use too before, but stay away from pork, and sweeets and chhips and a lot of meeet. but, do jump ropes too. then when you get use to the exercises do harder ones. run faster.  and also lift some weights/sit ups. push ups so you can keep your body toned insyead of heaving skin

If your already skinny it will be very hard to loose those last pounds,  but I would suggest doing what your doing but more!  Make sure to eat 6 small healthy meals a day and drink lots of water.  Start lifting wights or abb work outs, because muscle burns calories faster, and that fat! ( this won't mean your gonna be a body builder!)
